We use PayPal which is a safe and secure way to buy online.

You do not have to set up a Paypal account to use this system. You can use your debit or credit card to make a one-off secure payment.

We aim to despatch all orders within 48 hours of being received. We despatch orders on weekdays only.

Please make sure the shipping address is correct. To avoid delays in receiving your order we recommend having your item shipped to a daytime or work address.
If delivery has been attempted while you were out you should receive a card with detailed instructions of how to obtain your parcel from either Royal Mail or the courier. You will have a period from date of attempted delivery to rearrange delivery – after this date your items will automatically be returned to us. If the item is returned in this way we will contact you and will need to charge for re-posting the item to you.

If an item has not been received please check that a card hasn’t been left or that the item hasn’t been left in a safe place or with a neighbour.

Greetings cards are shipped carefully wrapped in a paper bag and packaged in a hard backed envelope to ensure they reach you in pristine condition.
All prints are supplied unframed and are wrapped in tissue and packaged in a cardboard tube.

If you would like a gift message including in your order write a message in the ‘Add special instructions for your order’ box on the cart page. Similarly please add any special delivery instructions if required.

Standard Delivery

All orders are either shipped using UK Royal Mail 1st class (allow 2-3 working days for delivery in the UK) or an alternative courier service such as APC. The chosen shipping method is based on the order value, weight of the order and where it’s going to, but we are always careful to select the most cost effective and efficient service for our customers.

If you require your order more urgently please make a note in the ‘Order Notes’ box in the checkout and we’ll make sure we prioritise despatch of your order.

International Deliveries

We ship worldwide and use Royal Mail Airmail for overseas postage.
Please note this is not a trackable service.

Prices vary depending on weight and country. Costs will be calculated for you during checkout before you finalise your order.
Deliveries within Europe usually take 3-7 working days. Delivery will depend upon your countries postal service.

Deliveries outside Europe usually take 5-10 days to arrive. Delivery will depend upon your countries postal service. You may be charged a fee by your local customs office.


If it’s not what you expected, you got the wrong thing or changed your mind – we understand. Contact us via email as soon as you can detailing the item you’re returning and why and we’ll get in touch. The item must be returned unused, “as new” and in a saleable condition within 14 days of the date received to receive a full refund. Postage will not be refunded in this case. We recommend that you obtain proof of postage and additional insurance/tracked delivery where necessary as we cannot refund items which are lost of damaged in transit.

In the unlikely event that your purchase is not to your satisfaction or there is a problem in some way with the item please email or ring us to arrange a refund or exchange.
All returns must be made within 14 days of receipt of delivery. If the item is faulty, wrong or damaged upon delivery you will receive a refund of the return postage.
We recommend that you keep proof of the return postage.

We will process your refund or replacement as soon as possible after receiving the goods back to our studio.
